Hi Guys
Just received my measurements via email-bit confused
Age 44
Height 1,71
Weight currently 82,5 was 84 last week when measurements were done
All in mm
Triceps-5mm
Subscapular-16mm
Suprailliac-5mm
Biceps-5mm
Calf-6mm
Abdominal-6mm
Mid thigh-13mm
Fatmass-8,44kg
Am I working out % correctly with this formula Fat Mass 8.44kg Divide total mass x 100
8.44 Divide 82,5kg x 100
Gives me 10% if this is right I have a drop of 6% in a month.
At this stage BMI means fuck all @ 28.7
Can anyone clarify this for me
Thanks

What was your measurement for chest ? if it was done. if you have that measurements there are calculators online you can use to see if it is correct. or if you prefer calculating it yourself just look up the formula yourself.
