Managing effects of stress on body was created by Kuifie
I have been doing some research into this. Seeing as my trend is as soon as i hit a stressful time even though i keep up my diet, i do tend to drop some weight.

And alas going through a tough time now but I do not wish to follow this trend again.

Ive upped my vit c intake now to twice a day. 1000mg

And i am thinking of upping my calories by around 200 a day in the hope it will work.

Also Ive been reading on I-theanine which help regulates stress. Thinking about adding it to my regime for a week or two just to get over this time

I am on a anti depressant. and do have benzo's for when I really need them, but i prefer not taking them.

Seeing as my body loves dropping weight during such times. Is there anything, or even supplementation i can add to help keep this as low as possible. Or even eliminate it.

I take Universal Sterol Complex at the moment seeing as I got it for free from a friend.

Also using a multi vit. fish oil. and creatine.

On a previous time I tried to follow died as close as possible. but still dropped a few kgs in two weeks and has been hard work gaining it back.

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

yes I also have the same problem.Try adding a high dose vitamin B complex to your supplement stack(if you not doing that already).

if everything in the world made sense, life would be senseless.

No i do not run bComplex yet. Hopefully my local pharmacy will supple without script. But I will add that. I am not prepared to lose gains again even if it is just a kg or two.

yeh I how you feel man.I study and work about 8 shifts/week then I still train 5days a week.
I'm not saying it's going to do wonders but it's worth a try,Vitamin B's are known to combat stress.
Also you can just opt for the oral version,it doesn't have to be injectable.

Good luck ,bro and if you find something that does work really well ,let me know.
