A friend of mine wants to loose some serious fat. He is more active now. We have the following in mind but would apreciate some inputs.Fat Furnace, revezine, cyx3 and glen. What would be best and with what would it work best.

He is not a bodybuilder or so. He is on a higher protein and lower carb diet.
