Hey Gents

Like I've said before I've got this niggling shoulder issue that I've had come and go for years. It's strange when it first goes on day one it's in my Trap and I can hardly move my neck. Over the next few days it sits in my shoulder and my traps and neck are fine.
I've tried physio/chiro's and deep tissue treatment all with very little success it doesn't seem to be in the muscle or joint as it actually feels at it best when I'm training and pumped and at its worst when I'm inactive or driving.

I've had a sonar and x-Ray in the past the turned up nothing.

I really want to get this sorted once and foreall does anyone no of a sports injury specialist they could recommend ?

Thanks Lads

Bud why don't you try the Lions doctors or Physios??? Like here at the shark tank we have the docs and physios available.
A little pricey but i'm pretty sure they would deal with these shoulder issues on a daily basis yeah?
Worth a try I think.

Ye X-Ray or sonar didn't find it, my Mum sent me to an orthopedic last year when it went and he couldn't find anything without dissecting me... Ive actually booked to see a different Chiro who apparently specializes in sports and needling tomorrow so fingers crossed it's not another brick wall.

Ye I'm sick of it now, I'm pretty sure it's something to do with nerve damage as I can't pin point the exact
Location, Sometimes the dull pain even travels down the side of my arm and every time it seems to get better before I find the actual problem.
Well I'll keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow and let you no how things go.

Good luck man, sound like a nerve that's causing the issue.

X-ray, sonar, CAT and even MRI mean nothing if the person doing the scan don't have something specific to look for.

As suggested, go to the Lions set up our even better, go to Pta and see the guys there involved with the Bulls. They see these injuries all the time.

Also the ortho there will tell the radiologist exactly what to look for. All the scans you have done are probably useless.

A trip to Durbs may also be a good break for you. Can catch a few dives on Aliwal while you're here.

It's so bloody frustrating. When I'm training And warm I'm 100% but if I'm doing nothing or stuck in traffic I go through the roof!
Well I'm going to a new Chiro for needling and stuff today and then I've got another deep tissue massage from hell tomorrow.

If that doesn't work I'll try and get hold of the Bulls.

Maybe a good acupuncturist Rhino? That seems to help prevent triggers that cause other problems. But that's just from my running experience. Worth maybe asking your chiro hey.
And good luck with the deep tissue bro. That sucks. And not in a good way.
