I wake at about 1am more or less and find my whole body dripping in sweat, pillow and blankets wet from it
What's causing this?
I don't sleep with clothing, only in my jocks, blanket is not a winter blanket so its not that
Any advice

Bud its more than likely a virus.
Go to the doc and get checked.
I had the same issue a couple years back and i went for bloods etc cause they could not find what was wrong. First it was internal bleeding and i had to go to hospital IMMEDIATELY. Then I had to go for more bloods and ended up just being a Virus in the blood stream.
Its not the training. Well shouldnt be.

And are you having a big meal before bed?
I get this often on cycle and eat boatloads too close to sleeping.

What time are you training?
I wouldnt worry too much. It cones and goes and usually stops after a few days for me. When it starts becoming regular and really effects your sleep etc. Then go and get it checked out.
