If you go by the time off cycle = time on cycle + PCT and then keep cycling then yes, you will keep making steady gains over the years but no, you will not consistently pack on 8KG of pure muscle every year and eventually look like a pro unless you are genetically gifted. Diminishing returns...

even if I stick to time off time on I loose to much between so time on = 4 months includind PCT I would have to go back on by 3 months ...but at least I seem to keep better shape ...

To me it just seems like after your cycle and ending PCT, managed correctly, you will need to have a very good understanding of your body and watch it as it 'heals up' before starting another cycle. Blood tests, definitely something I will throw in about 4 weeks after PCT to check if my levels are good to go. If I need to give it another 2, 4 or 6 weeks so be it, I just want to make sure I am consistently improving every year.
I think perhaps tribulus during PCT would be a good idea?

Clomid and Nolvadex will elevate your LH and testosterone for a month or more after you stop taking them because they both have very long half-lives of about 7 days. Only when the clomid/nolva is completely out of your system can you really see how your hormones are doing.
Thanks for that

NB is trying to identify what you think might be the cause.

If indeed your cortisol levels are raised above normal it is most probably the stress to the system causes by those compounds. Cortisol is also influenced by the amount of sleep you got the previous night and how fatigued the body is. Tren especially with its insomnia side effect could be to blame for elevated cortisol levels. What do you think?

I fully understand that with one cycle you're not going to look like Mr Olympia, but in my case I want to put on 2-5kg hence the cycle I was looking at.
Pyro fine tuned a very nice looking cycle for me but if going to be all for nought them what is the point for the guys who want to do 1 maybe 2 cycles?

The reason for your high cortisol levels in the morning is because of what you are on. Tren will lower cortisol levels, but this is as an average if you were to test every few hours and plot it on a graph and compare to a steroid free body. But your body is trying it's damnedest to maintain homeostasis so when you are in a fasted state it will pump out more cortisol. A nice thing about tren is that because it is so androgenic, the elevation in cortisol will result in much less muscle catabolism than expected for the cortisol levels so you don't need to worry about muscle loss.

Correct u will have to cycle at least twice a year to maintain / grow...once u stop u will go back to your normal size unless u have super genes.
