Good Definition, but bloated stomach

Hey folks,

Been browsing these forums on and off for tips and help, but right now I cannot seem to find an answer to a problem i'm experiencing.

First off, my stats:
Male, 1.69 m tall, and weighing 73 kg.

I have just finished a cycle of 10 weeks on 640 mg Equipoise, and 2 ml of Sus 350 per week. Shots were taken Mondays and Thursdays. Before my cycle, i weighed 68 kg, so i have gained 5 kg on my cycle pre-pct. Thursday this week will be 2 weeks since my last shot, and a week before i start PCT with Clomid.

I have not been very diet conscious during my cycle, other than maintaining a solid protein intake of around 3 g/kg of body weight. I'm not sure of my current BF%, but i highly doubt it is higher than 15%. During my cycle I have had little water retention, and no real bloat OTHER than my stomach.

I have a stomach ulcer which i have been taking Lancap for a month prior to the cycle, and continually during the cycle. As before mentioned, my diet has probably no been the best, but in terms of supplements, I am taking 2-3 x Anabolic Mass from Muscle Works. 1 in the morning, sometimes one post training, depending on how soon I can get to eat, and one before bed. Now I know its milk based protein, and i'm not entirely sure my stomach is very thrilled with me at the moment, but I am sitting with this bloated stomach which doesn't seem to go down. I know its not fat. As soon as i flex my stomach muscles, it flattens out and I can see my abs.

I'm currently trying to get it down by taking a half teaspoon of bicarb with some water 2 or 3 times a day.

Has anyone else battled with this, and managed to get the bloatedness down? As my title suggests, i'm getting nice upper body and leg definition, but my stomach is spoiling it.

Dude, if you have a lot of stomach acid and you drink bicarbonate of soda the bicarb is converted into gas which produces severe bloating and belching. Why are you drinking bicarb?

Do you get reflux/ heartburn?

Someone actually told me it would help to bring the acid levels down in my stomach.

Thankfully I haven't had any heartburn or reflux. I should have mentioned earlier that i have been using N.O Xplode lately, and i noticed it also fizzes up quiet a bit...

Mass gaining shakes make me bloat up badly so maybe try going without them and see if you notice a difference.

Hi guys,

After the article FIllet posted i'm starting to wonder if its high acid, or low acid. I took some bicarb this morning and had a less that satisfactory burp (by this i mean it was little bits, little bits).

At the same time, i decided to lay off the protein shake for a few days to see if there is an improvement.

I wait and see how it gots before moving on your suggestion GazzaBee.
