used to be biking, had 7 bikes, then started a family and now Apie takes up most of our time, when she's not we're sleeping.
had to sell the bike and miss it like a deceased family member.
like going to the gym, pretty much my only release but like it doesnt rule my life, i do make time for it though.
good topic, made me realise life is running away from me and i need to stop and find some enjoyment...
family is everything, but self should always come first, if you're not happy you cant make anybody happy.

In the Black Ops Elite race, you get a Disqualification Band. You have to be able to complete all of the obstacles without assistance. If you fail an obstacle, they take that DQ band and your race is over.
I am taking it very slowly, but the recovery cycle is working excellent, thanks for asking. I am without pain. Just taking things slowly to get back to full fitness. Hopefully Warrior#3 I'll be racing at full strength.

What I also included: (Available at pharmacies)
Vitamin B5
Omega 3
Flexadrin blue.
A lot of stretching and mobility exercises and a lot of focus on core (Not just abs, core!!) and glutes.
Seems to be the perfect cycle to address injury problems around the knee/tibia area related to tendons and stress-fractures.
I would advise it to anyone who struggle with more or less the same thing.
Thanks to you for introducing me to Ostarine and Oupa for the NPP!!!

For some reason I thought you had MK677 in there.
Keen to see how the MK677 first and then later after like 3months Ostarine with it treats Lallies back injury

I have read up a lot on MK677 and I am also interested in giving it a go in a couple of months. But for now, I just want to finish my pct and go clean and get my natural fitness back on track. Thereafter, GW and possibly MK677 combo.
Whats wrong with her back? Stretching and foam rolling can go a far way to help the MK677 and Ostarine stack.

Yes Oups, you helped me a helluva lot, thanks for that. Fracture heald in record time and for the first time in two years my tendons seem to be fine. Another +1 for you!

Ish Rooi Bul, that's bad. I would also try to get by without surgery. I agree, it's worth giving SARMS a go. Even if it only works 2%, then she is 2% better off than before.
Goodluck for the both of you. Stretching and foamrolling very important to keep the tissue around the vertebrae loose and relaxed.

IPSC is the coolest sport on earth, I left the world of bodybuilding for it.
