Period disappeared.
Hair started thinning.
Put on Diane-35 and packed on the kgs and lost interest in gym and life.
My endo change my pill and lost weight...still about 8kgs to go.
I had long hair and chopped it short - above shoulder.
I feel like a weak ass in the gym.
Battling to shed the last few kgs and I can feel I've lost weight in my arms and stomach area but butt and legs still big like thunder, although they the only body part that feels stronger.
La Lucia gym crawling with peeps who will be competeting and I've seen some serious STRONG looking ladies with nice hair

What a mission it is to get someone to do a custom diet for you.
/end of rant.

You are seeing an endo so surely they have a better explanation than that? Other things besides SHY like low estrogen levels or a low ratio to test can also cause of thinning hair. What other symptoms do you have and why can't your endo help you out?

Everything else was fine - thyroid, iron levels and other female hormones. It was just my testos total and free that were slightly raised. Both gynie and endo didn't seem too concerned.
Just being put on one pill then Diane-35 and Diane-35 really screwed me over big time - depressed, lost interest in gym and life and packed on the pounds. A guy a gym warned me that i will blow up on Diane-35.
On different pill now and lost bit of weight
First i thought maybe i wasn't eating enough - training twice a day, HIIT cardio in the mornings and weights in the afternoon but doesn't explain raised testos levels.
Maybe just genetics.
Anyways, it was more of a rant because some of the very strong looking females clearly take stuff and still sport nice thick hair.
Anyways, trying to get body back into shape, keeping an eye on my hair and trying to do things the healthy way - making sure i eat enough!
Next queston
This is what i'm dealing with now...
When i was at my weight which i was happy with, my calves still looked huge. Almost same size as my thighs just about. Should i avoid doing any calves exercise that involve weights? I really don't want them to get bigger at all, if anything i would prefer to shrink them.

Secondly, after reading your first post, I thought, ok, this woman is really bottom heavy, but then I saw your pics and now I'm wondering what are u on about??
But yes, higher reps, lower weight should help you lose that invisible weight you're desperately trying to lose

@Ironic nickname: <--- Joke I wouldn't do any exercises with your calves then. Calves are very genetic so unfortunately not much you can do about getting them smaller other than trying to lose muscle. Your body will decide where it wants to lose that muscle.

RvP wrote: True. But honestly, based on her pics, pyro, do u really think she needs to lose?
i just want to get back to where i used to be which was was between 61-63kgs. Im 1.70m tall.
anyways, i'll keep on training heavy. I was just wondering since guys would say i should go light with about 20 reps .
Personal trainer gave me a diet to follow but im still keen on this ketogenic diet though.
