Anybody here been to the youtube channel icecreamfitness. It is quite interesting to listen to the different topics and what he has to say. I dont always agree but worth a listen. One thing he said made quite a lot of sense. He said that if the youth of today knew that to compete at the very top of professional sports, (not all, I assume toppies playing bowls on sunday on some dbol would be interesting), at some time or another you would be faced with a choice to take performance enhancing drugs to further their career, would that youth still have chosen a career in sports knowing that?
I mean performance enhancing is popping up everywhere, cycling, baseball, swimming, rugby, athletics.
Everyone is on gear!! Haha. Or so it seems.
Another guy who has some good points every now and then is Will Brink.
Anyone else have some good reading material or watching going on?
