I am new to the forum. I have been reading up on the some of the topic and its helped me a lot with my current goals. Just some back ground on me.
I was way over weight about 12 weeks ago so I decided I needed to do something. I started following the keto diet and by week three combined it with CYT 3 stack. In total I have lost just over 30 Kg's in 12 weeks.
Yesterday I started a ECA stack, and no sides has been experienced. I am also a smoker so not sure if that the reason for no sides? I just have a couple of questions and any help would be appritiated!!
I am currently thinking about quitting smoking, what effect will this have on my current results while on Keto? I have read that it reduces calories burned by almost 200 a day so there will surely be a impact on my keto results?
Thanks for the awesome form and information shared. Much Appritiated.

Congrats on the weight loss. As for giving up smoking i dont think it will have much to do with extra weight loss to be honest. If you are really worried about those extra 200 calories just add in a hiit session once or twice a week. But giving up the habit will really help, I feel much better now that i have stopped smoking and it didnt effect my results at all.

I read about the CYT 3 burning muscle, that's why I went to Keto to ensure I have enough proteins in the body so minimal muscle would be lost. At the moment with the Keto combined with the ECA stack my appetite has gone down to it almost being punishment to eat. So I believe I would be able to stop smoking without increasing / changing eating habits.
