Has anyone seen Arnie's Pumping Iron movie?

And how whould you rate it?

Yes, I've seen pumping iron and raw iron (making of pumping iron). It's a nice classic and it's good even-though much of the conflict between Lou and Arnold were staged. The week before the Olympia took place in Pretoria the Olympia and Universe competitors worked-out at my uncle's gym and he became good friends with Mike Katz.

Yep, they had contact for many years afterwards and my uncle told me that Mike was a very likeable person. When I asked about Arnold he said that they had no interaction with him because he wasn't someone they found it easy to communicate with. I'm not sure what he meant by that, but I assume it was a personality thing and not language related.

I've read some articales about Mike Mentzer and it sounds like he was a nice guy.

Is that all, i though it was something else 2, he won the comp mentally long before actually competing.

Well he was the biggest at the time, so not many will have the balls to slap him around.

On a side note im 9 chapters into Arnolds autobiography called Total Recall and i must say, its one of the best books i've ever read.Really inspirational
