Snapped something in my wrist was created by Bandit

Hi gents,
Doing upright rows at gym this morning something snapped on my left hand wrist... I take it my form wasn't that great. The thought of being out of action is just too depressing.
Any ideas as to what could go wrong?

Tx bud, still in pain. I've taken tomorrow off, will go for xrays and see wtf I did. Really disappointed right now. Cardio, legs and abs for a while.
