Arthrochoice works really well and so does BSSA Joint Support if you don't mind waiting a couple of years for your order.

It sounds like there is a good chance you have some inflammation. Start the Arthrochoice ASAP and for this week take MyPaid three times a day that should sort you right out.

Is the pain in your elbow joint or the tendons between elbow and tri's? Reason I ask is because I've experienced the latter quite a few times after an overambitious tri session!

Anything with Glucosamine in it should do the job if its your elbow joint. If you have a shellfish allergy, make sure that the Glucosamine supp you take isn't derived from shell fish cos most are! If you unsure, rather take an MSM supplement

If its the tendon between the two, a combination of a anti inflammatory + mild muscle relaxant will work best. Something like 1 Panamor (generic of Voltaran) + 2 Spasmed tablets taken together 3 times a day after meals for a week should do the job. And during that period, stay clear of the tri exercises cos it'll just prolong your recovery

Hope this helps!

Thanks budi, but the pain I feel appears to be in the joint!
