Dizzy was created by Bandit
For the last 4 days now I've noticed that I'm feeling dizzy more or lesss the same time.
I wake up at 4:30am. At gym at 5 till 6:30 then off to work.
After gym I drink post work out shake. Then half an hour to an hour later I have my carb meal with chicken breast.
Round about 9ish I start feeling dizzy. I then start eating like a mofo and find after a while I feel better.
Is it possible I'm lacking something in my diet or just not eating enough?

Post workout is just whey protein. Meal: chicken breast with potatoes. No veg with that meal.
Gone from 83 to 102 on this cycle. Do you think I need to up my carb intake at this stage?

Add a simple carb like dextrose to ur post workout to sustain you untill the carbs of the potato are being absorbed. Ur bloodsugar is crashing before the potato carbs are absorbed. I'm no expert on diets like DJ but think this is correct?

with your whey, have something like dextrose/vitagro like MCJ suggested, add in 200mcg of chromium, and 250mg of alpha lipolic acid, with your post work out carb meal, have at least 1 cup of veggies here, the fiber will help with slowing down the digestion, how much potato are you having in this meal? i think your glycogen stores are too deplete and you are suffering from low blood sugar, if you dont want to have the carbs in form of dextrose/vitargo have then pre/during work out to fuel your work out, have your whey shake, then have your chicken and potato and veggies after your whey shake, maybe experiment and have some pineapple with this meal to replenish liver glycogen stores and keep blood sugar elevated.
