Unfortunately the video is way too long for me to watch on my internet as Vodacom will probably bankrupt me in the process.

I do want to mention that I have an intense dislike in Statins and have already had a relative die from Myopathy related complications.

Just had my cholestrol checked = 2.9....use 5mg statins 3 Times a week...so I will be dropping that as well.

Been following this way of eating for a while now,never felt better.Quit 99 percent of my carb intake and upped the good stuff in fats and protein.
Going to check my lipid profile in a month to see the difference.
