Pressure in middle back

Hi gents,
If ones kidneys were giving problems would you feel that at your lower back?
I've got what feels like 'pressure' on my right side middle back. Was wondering if that could be kidneys or maybe just muscle or something...?

It's not easy answering that over a forum without more precise info about the pain. Your liver is on your right side going across the middle of your back and your right kidney is just below that.

If it's only on the side and a sharp pain it's more likely kidney pain but you say it feels like a pressure which sounds like a dull pain or mild ache? That is more likely your liver or back. Need more info.

its not a pain at all... Its more like pressure that I can feel. Dead centre of my back but to the right of my spine. Its not constantly there. Comes and goes.

Sounds like liver to me but don't take my word for it. If it gets worse then go to a doc. If you think it's kids up your water intake and take some Nativa water complex for kidneys from dischem. Its very good. But you were also saying in another thread how you are feeling tired and lethargic. Fatigue is a very common symptom of a strained liver so that's my guess.

Maybe a bulging disc. Do u get any pain in either leg when you sit down an straighten out your leg cpmpletely. Try each leg an see.

Does essentials do the same as liv52? Or does essentials just detox the liver on not regenerate?

Liv52 and Essentiale contain totally different ingredients and I reckon you can benefit from alternating with both if you do have liver issues. There is a dischem brand version of essentiale that contains 100% exactly the same ingredients but is about half the price. No difference.

I take Nativa's Liver Complex. It's great value for money and has all the good stuff in it, milk thistle, phospholipids, glutathione and lots of other stuff to sort your liver out.
