Find myself feeling very flat lately. Getting hard to get up and gym in the mornings.
Tried multivitimans, but not helping much. What do you guys use that works for you?

Hey man, what is the time difference from waking up to training? Also, what type of training do you do in the mornings?
Maybe try some whey, caffeine, creatine and isotonic. Will give you a kick. Otherwise if your not keen on caffeine caps, try Berroca Boost instead of the caffeine caps.

I'm up at about 4:50am at gym at about 5:20am. Do my weight training then. In the evenings I do my cardio at home. Not a fan of caffeine. Will give the boost ago...Furk wrote:

Its instant energy. Low energy levels can often be blamed on too few fruits in ones diet, and even though we try not to eat fruit due to the simple sugars it does help with enegy. Try it for a few days, if it works you can stop drinking it again until your body fatigues again. Another culprit is too much carbs.

Boost is good stuff for this purpose. Sometimes when I'm at work, I have to go 24hr periods with 6hrs interrupted rest intervals (2hrs here, 3hrs there, 1hr in between ect). Taking something like a Boost helps. Boost also contains some lekker vitamins and minerals for focus.
Boost (Guarana) = Kick
Creatine = Power
Isotonic drink = Energy
Whey = Recovery for muscles & protein synthesis
Boost + Creatine = Amped feeling
Isotonic + Whey = Fuel
:woohoo:
