Stupid things people have asked you at the gym....

All the noobs in the gym at the moment busy showing one another how to do certain exercises... Its like the blind leading the blind.

I gym alone at a studio with my trainer, no issues or other humans around

Iv also been told that I shouldn't train in my superga shoes and must get proper trainers...

I'm sure a lot of you have had some random dude walk up to you and ask the infamous gym question "how much do you bench bru/boet/boytjie/bud/dude".
So have a mate with a very fast tongue or loose mouth, so when this did happened he replied with: "depends... How much does your sister weigh?"

Haha I had a skinny 60kg odd guy come up and tell me his life story and how he plans to grow this year, basically consisted of testoviron and deca, 2ml a week each for 5 weeks at a time, this whole year, when he is on his off '5' weeks he is going to use one tab of anavar AND winny, before I laughed I asked about his diet, breakfast was 4 bananas and 6 slices of white bread... I was in toti for like three days the other day and had some guy tuning me about his cycle and how he is gonna run winny through out it to keep water off. his cycle was gonna be 12 weeks. Poor liver...

PP there used to be a guy called Marcus that stayed in toti. Never really talked to the oke but he seemed like a clown so im sure the cycles he was running must have been crap.

after a heavy leg workout im in the locker room preparing a futurelife shake, a old guy roughly in his 40's while im scooping out the powder asks me.....

"isnt that a band substance or something illegal that u cant use"

i just smiled and reached to my bag showed him the box and said no my friend its porridge you can use asa shake aswell. Lmbimp

I see someone mentioned lance, I don't care what anyone says.... he worked his ball for those titles...in a sport just like bodybuilding where everyone is using banned substances for enhancement he just used to level the Playing fields and then still dominated them all... its not like he used substances to get to beat the guys at the top that were clean...please that's bullshit he took them to be on the same playing field. mow who do all of the 7 tour de lance titles go to now? probably the guy who placed 27th because the other top 26 would've also tested possitive for doping at the time too. I don't know why Americans cant let sleeping dogs lie and have to poke them with a stick to get a reacting, he unfortunantly wont be remembered for the millions he raised for cancer.

Apparently the guy who placed 17th in the 2005 TDF was the highest placed finisher who wasn't implicated in doping.

It's the self-righteous people trying to make themselves feel better about their own shortcomings... If they "bring down" a superstar they feel better about themselves... weak little people... they need to deal with their own insecurities and get a life.

Read the weekend news papers and see how the local publishers are all jumping on the band wagon about school boys using AAS ...I dont agree with that because of age ect but what pissed me off is the fact that they use TIK Cocaine Heroin Dagga all in the same context as if u cant do AAS without doing narcotics.

Ignorance is a whole nother level of stupid :evil: Most guys using AAS live a healthy lifestyle (eating right, avoiding booze) as living healthy gives you better gains. So they would be less likely to do narcotics.
