Shadow boxing around the gym

What the hell is with these guys shadow boxing between sets at gym...
I laugh my head off, its like a guy does a cycle looks bigger to himself in the mirror and all of a sudden the juice tought him how to fight :lol:
They'll walk up to a bag and give it one huge off balance smack but won't go near a speed ball...

My whole family has boxed for years and my nephew who's 17 and weighs 65kg would flatten these huge rugby boys in seconds

That's where this roid rage stigma comes from. Little boys who do jiuce for the wrong reasons and who aren't mature enough.

In PE its a must if you are 65-83kg between sets lol.

Every second clown is doing MMA lately. So i'm sure they're practising.
I recently started incorporating boxing into my training but me, i'm too scared i'll look like a loser at gym so i bought a heavy bag for home not to look like these tools.

You can spot a MMA fighter a mile away if he is punching a bag. Not what is described above except if it is one of those street fighting MMA clubs where you spar with broken beer bottles. I agree with the above statement. If you are between 65-83kg it is a must :lol:

Can always spot guys who know what they are doing.. It is amusing watching the ones who don't though.

I always laugh at those guys, shame.

You refer to little boys who are on juice.... I am shocked at the amount of school boys on juice these days. Don't know how their parents allow it at their ages.
