Male pattern baldness was created by blade.

Most of the roids hav a negative effect on this.
How can one prevent this and also get the hair growing back again?

If you are prone to male pattern baldness then just accept that if you want to use steroids your hair will be affected. Yes, you can use finasteride (proscar/propecia) but then you run the risk of some nasty long term side effects. Minoxidil and nizoral/kez shampoo can help somewhat but that is not a magic solution either.
