Hi there,

I am a bit embarrased to even ask as i see everyone on here is pretty healthy and fit.

I am 30, 1.73m and 60kg. After some personal crap for the past 2 years i have picked up about 12 kg and used to be quite skinny. I am a single mom no so there really is no time for me to spend in the gym as i dont have anyone to look after her. I can probably get a away with 3 days every two weeks which to me seems to be a waste of time.

I therefore try to rather eat as healthy as i can (healthy to me = very little and i know that it is wrong) and try and stay as active as i possibly can with a few exersizes at home while baba is asleep.

I have used duramine (which worked wonders for my appetite) - obviously doctor wont prescribe this for me any more. Also f"""off fat which really worked well. NO side effects with any of these (except a lack of sleep for the first few nights with duramine).

I can not get a hold of any of the two anymore. A friend of mine recommended CYT3 but as far as i can see it seems to only work when exersizing.

I have started yesterday (was quite shaky in the morning) and had my second one today. Less shakes. It seems to have increased my apetite though?!!!!

Any advice on the product and how it actually works?

Thanks a million!

how does ur diet look like, and how do you train.

no use adding CYX3 if you dont get ur diet and training right.

i believe that getting in shape is a lifestyle change.. so you need to get that part right first.. before going forward with somethings as strong as clen.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply!

I know, i know - i should not be making excuses! I should join VA as i know that they have a creche! Exersize is none existent - except for about 200 crunches every second day, a long walk, and trying to be as active as i possibly could under the circumstances.

I used to skip breakfast and only have a big chicken or tuna salad for lunch. I never mix starch and proteins.

I have now started doing dry oats for breakfast or 2 fruits, salad for lunch and salad for dinner - i dont eat after 5. I have a problem with coffee though (no sugar) but i am sure the milk is a problem.

I will sometimes have pasta for dinner or lunch but once again do not mix it with protein then.

As i am writing this i would assume that it is a mess.

I drink about 2 litres of water a day (suppose i should increase this too).

What exactly does the CYT3 do? I like to use apetite suppressents just to get me started as it makes it easier to get in routine with a good diet - i know that it is not really the way to go. I end up taking advantage of it and dont eat at all!!

Thanks once again for your reply!

emma, why don't you eat protein with your carbs? You should be eating plenty protein, regardless of your goals. The goal is to keep the calorie count for the entire day low by splitting calories evenly throughout the day. It looks like you are getting in way to many sugars from your breakfast. I would suggest:
1. Cooking your oats (makes you fuller and eating dry oats is deceptive as it has a low volume to calorie ration).
2. Only 1 fruit with breakfast, maby eat more oats to make way.
3. Drink more water. It helps just about every function in the body.
4. CYT3 is discussed here a bit if you want to read up: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/2-anabo...en-together?start=25
5. Exercise.

start skipping - ropes go for R60 at sportmans

then do 1 min skip, 1 min rest - repeat for 10 min and work way up to 20 min
also do body weight exercises at home like push ups & dips

thing is you can not rely on appetite suppression pills all the time, get diet sorted and start with some exercise

Welcome, always nice to have someone onboard wanting a lifestyle change, I know how hard being a parent is, let alone being a single parent, so I respect you even more for that.

CYT3 is a combination of Caffeine, Yohimbe and T3, the first 2 ingredients are fine, however I would not recommend this due to the T3, it is catabolic and whilst increasing your metabolism will eat muscle if not on any anabolics. As was stated and you know Training and diet are key, take the time you train as me time and let the creche at VA watch your child, I know it will be tough at first but you need it. A healthy body, is a healthy mind.
Yohimbe on its own will do well for you with some HCA and Thyroid Support formula from Solal, this will aid in decreasing your appetite, the reason you are hungry is because of the increased metabolism. Green Tea, CLA will also help.

Thank you for all your answers.

I am happy to say that, after reading your comments, i closed my eyes and paid a personal trainer upfront for three months! No turning back now.

I am going to put away the CYT3 for now. My heart has been racing badly and I am now shaking more than ever.

Starting my first session today.

Super excited!
