I'm seriously struggling with forearm muscle pain.
Wether training shoulders, bi, tri, chest the forearms are used... Gotten the point where I had to cut my work out a tad shorter today due to the discomfort...
Anyone else experience this... What do you do to aid the pain..?
Thanks

Had the same prob, the straps helped alot, also started flax seed oil and drinking more water. Altogether the pain is now manageable. Felt it mostly barbell bicep curling

I've used them before and they work. The one's at the pharmacy are quite affordable. They look like bandages and come in long lengths which you can cut up. Unless you prefer the more fancier one's.

I had this problem and it is an injury.
It is either a tendonitis, or compartment syndrome! I would get it checked if i were you. I had been struggling for years and mine is healed now. After hours of stretching, icing, etc. Sometimes i even had to take 2 weeks off from upper body completely!
Get it checked now, and avoid problems in the future! Only issue I had with wrist wraps was it limits the blood flow a little more so actually made mine worse!
Hope it gets better man!

The good thing is that with a rest/heal and training cycle you will get huge forearms.
The bad news is that you probably have lousy form not targeting the muscle group you are training(other than forearms) properly. Usually by using too much weight where you can get away with less.

I do between 12 and 8 reps per set. If I can easily do 15 to 16 reps I tend to go slightly heavier to get back to the 12 rep range...
