when i cardio,hard house or hard trance rocks me...when training deep techy house keeps me sane.

Cool thanks djeasye, always interesting to know...im currently rocking the latest prodigy cd, invaders must die when doing cardio, otherwise its hard/harder metal...

Hard House is always my top choice! and German Metal is a nice alternatve;) but i battle training with earphones on so i hav to settle with wat the gym plays, luckily for some reason they've got some crazy new house tunes so im stoked!

i listen to deep funky house or some heavy heavy rock for my cardio and training. bullet for my valentine is my fav so far

I find it hard to train with ear phones in my ears . But in the past I would listen to what ever new cd I happened to like.
Whether it be Incubus , The Prodegy or Sterouphonic.. Usually that kind of music...

I stuggle to train with earphones.....so whatever the gym plays, which is usually rubbish but back in the day when I did train with earphones it was more metal.......Pantera comes to mind,.

I enjoy the endearing sounds of Annelie van Rooyen, Riana Hugo, Steve Hoffmeyer ect. For some reason the gym never wants to play it though??
