I have been trying to lose fat for the last 3 years and I feel that I am doing not to bad. I have lost aprox 40kg's of ugly ass fat.
I just want to lose another 5kg of fat ,and I am as you can believe getting a bit impatient.
I have tweaked my diet. (deficit of 500/800 cals)
I have increased my cardio (heck I even did the 94.7 cycle challenge last year)
I am lifting heavier
I am taking Cinnamon/chromium and ala
But is just seems that the weight just does not want to go away.
What the hell am I missing.
Should I use testosterone?
Should I do a pct or anti estrogen (Not that I have done a cycle before)
Should I use a fat burner and which one (clen never seems to work great)
Should I do a hgh
Im 25 and on 18.5% bf ,weigh 87.5kg and 1.7m tall.and frustrated
Any advise welcome

I would say yohimbe+clen and a low carb diet. Why?
Yohimbe targets stubborn fat.
Clen is anti catabolic, transports creatine and also a powerful thermogenic. Every degree your body temp rises, you burn an extra 100 cals +-.
Carbs blunt yohimbine's effects so that will also be good.
Im helping out a friend and I was recommended a keto diet with clen and yohimbe-his goals are similar to yours.
Check out the thread its called SMASH THE FAT CYCLE and KETO DIET HELP.
Good luck man
Lets go!

Pyroclasm wrote: Hey bro! Kudos on the fat you have lost so far that is really something. How and where did you get your bodyfat measured? It is very important that you get an accurate reading otherwise we will just be guessing with everything we say.
I had it done by a Personal trainer, she has been doing it for me since last year, I only use her so that the results are consistant.

DJ wrote: The only thing I can also maybe think of is under eating and overtraining,by increasing your cardio, maybe you should change your approach for 4 weeks, focus on maintaince and cutting back on the cardio for 1 month to give your body a break and then go back into the fatloss idea, your body is a very adaptive thing so it will eventually adapt to what you are throwing at it, rather consider trying to maintain your current level of body fat, rest a bit more, focus a bit more on training and then see if you gain some strength in your lifts and then go back to fatloss...
This sounds so familiar, hey DJ? This was what was happening to me not too long ago. Trained my ass off and nothing happened while on good diet. DJ tweaked my diet and dropped allot of cardio and my body responded by dropping 5% bf in about 6 weeks. You are probably overtrained and your body is in shock mode/starvation mode and hanging on to everything it can. Along with this your calorie deficit is putting extra strain on your system. Up the calories a bit and take it easy on the cardio. As soon as you "ate" yourself out of overtrained condition the results will come

I was in your shoes once and probably still am. I must say I lost the most fat when I started walking on the treadmill rather than running. I did incline walking 20 minutes 3 times a week sometimes even 4 times a week. I used NO fatburners when I lost the most fat, mainly black coffee, green tea, grapefruit and
I tried to change my WHOLE lifestyle based on healthy things, I started Animal Pak daily (The best multivitamin I swear by it) and I also took brewers yeast pills and a shot glass of apple cider vinegar before bed. ALL NATURAL ofcourse.
Then when I got stuck I started trying fatburners. I hope this helps you as it helped me hey, good luck your almost there. Vasbyt my vriend.

DJ wrote: As much as this IF regieme to be the new in thing to do,I don't believe that eating shit like chocolate and ice cream is ideal for fatloss to be honest. Even if he goes over to IF at his current calorie intake and cardio and training work,I still feel he is going to have overtraining issues, fasting isn't going to pull him out of overtraining megusta
I follow all Your principals. The only difference is the times i eat and it seems to work. I do however don't believe that IF is the Holy grail of fat loss cause it isn't. And i don't believe that choc and ice cream is ideal for fat loss either  . But i'm not in a rush to lose 20kg's in a month either so i'm happy! and thanks DJ for all your advice and dieting tips, cause i DO incorporate it! I don't eat ice cream every day though, only once a week or two. Regarding the over training, i missed that one btw  , i have over trained before and i took a 2 week break from gyn and dieting and i felt like a new person!

I have not been training since I fell ill and I have upped my cals to maintaince level.
If I feel better on Monday I will do mild cadrio and klap lighter weights.
Now that I am on maintaince calories can I drink Milk (nonfat) with my coffee or is that still a nono?
what is the best over the counter mendicien to take to make sure my thyroid is happy and working like it should?
When doing a yohimbe and clen stack do you take them together or do you only use the yohimbe before you do your cardio?
