Hi Guys

Please dont slam me down for this.... Reading through the posts everyday I come acroos some great reads and often just wanna click "Like" just like on facebook and feel so disheartened cause sometimes a thank you doesnt seem so appropriate. Im not trying to make it feel like a copy of a social network but at the same time will be a nice addition to the site, if its not to much work.

I mean reading through the jokes or informative sections you just wanna show that you enjoyed the read or found the joke funny... so you show it by clicking like.... Do you get what im saying?

Who is with me on this? COME ON ADMIN GIVE US A MEANS TO SHOW WE ENJOYED SUMMIN!!! PLEASE!!!???

Exactly!

There is a thread rating system that I've disabled. Maybe that would be more useful?

Also remember that we're using an open source forum component and any changes I make to the code or database will break once I update to a newer version and doing the changes for every update is going to be too much trouble.

For example I updated the website and gallery two days ago and if there were any custom changes hard coded into the site they would have been overwritten. Even worse is if only certain parts are overwritten and you have bits and pieces of useless code scattered all over the place.

I agree, doing add on's on a forum is a big hassle, unless the template gets some extras of course! I still have a very inactive little forum myself:p but that will change in due time! Don't think people allways realise what's going on "behind" the forum

whats the forum called

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

not needed IMO. I also think it would be conducive to leading threads off topic.

I started it more than a year ago but life got busy so had little time to invest in it, and being without internet also did not help the cause:p

No can't take the credit for it, just made a few small graphic changes! I actually have no experience or anything regarding webdesign and forums, I started from scratch reading on sites ec!:-(
