Rather msg DJ as admin says he doesnt have the permission to give out Spike details. Btw Spike, yesterday I was in a lil bit of lower back pain, I think that was due to the tenderness of where the needles went in. Today Im feeling back on top of my game!

This guy broke me in places i never knew existed lol. Thanks bud!
