Hi guys.
Went for a body assessment and the results are, 7.4% bodyfat. :pinch: Thats low! Somehow i still have fat on my stomach and back. The dude says its water retention. How does he know this?
Also what can work for this?
If its just water then i should be able to drop some and have solid abs @7.4%.
I really dont think its water, but i guess you never know. I eat no salt or spices just a dj diet and 4-5 tbsp of sweet chilli with meals daily.
Drinking like 4-7l water daily.

Yes,but water is not the enemy, its needed to stay hydrated and make you strong, I don't under stand why u cut out salt, the only time u need to cut out salt is before a show for 3 days.

Okay I guess i should start eating spices and salt. I just dont want to look like a fatso waterblob, hence the reason im using no spices/salt.
But, im going for another assessment in like 3 weeks will see what it says.
