start with a decent diet. hows your diet at the moment? post what you eat on an average day. how tall are you?

no! if you are willing to pay for a diet speak to DJ. he's a legend and will sort u out. otherwise go read the stickys on dieting 101 and 102. do some reading and research and make your own diet. help and advice will always be available here.
