Don't push the weights to hard, aim for growth reps around 8-12 and go down to 6 at most, unless you are used to strength training, in which case your tendons and ligaments are quite strong already.
Don't mess with form etc..
Your body will catch up.

Sure it"s "patient" "Dr" confidentiality.

You dont need crazy weight that will cause a ligament to tear.

The thing is n didnt tear it in the gym. I hurt my arm during a rugby game on the saterday and then on monday i picked up a not-so-heavy piece of metal, then it went rip. The doc said it can be the steroids + rugby + wrong angle that i picked up.
How do you strengthen the ligaments and tendons?

I stand to be corrected but I do not see how the test would actually weaken the ligaments. The muscles grow stronger and more dense and therefore the ligaments may need time to adjust, but other than that I do not see how the test could make them weaker.

Secondly, no test is not known to weaken tendons or ligaments, but rather to increase the strength of the muscle disproportionately, resulting in a relatively weaker tendon.
Finally, in answer to your question on strengthening tendons, eccentric contractions (lowering weights and lengthening muscles slowwly and controlled) have been shown to have the best effect on tendon tensile strength
Um, but im scared of needles...

Tremere wrote: Hey guys. Its been almost a year now. Arm is back to normal. And by normal i mean i can lift weigts the way i used to without problems. Cant lift as heavy as i used to, but im getting there again. Did my rehab properly etc. My question now is...(sorry wrong section) when i do my next cycle, after a long decent period of time getting 100% back into it again, do i need a "special" cycle or can i cycle as if nothing happened? You know, test deca etc. OR...
should i avoid the sauce completely?
The key would be to concentrate on form and DO NOT go as heavy as you can with 4/6 reps, rather do a bit higher rep range.
I have torn my pec muscle before, also took some time to get back into it 100% - and I know it's a mental thing but I opt to never go over 140kg Flat bench, as that tear sound is still in my mind and never ever want that again
So IMO I would say use again, but always be conscience of it and I know how it is everybody want to lift them heavy ass weight, BUT don't

I would consider a mild cycle, dont just go BANG it. Test/Nandro/Pro combo
