Well I had a case of food poisoning from saturday  , and im struggling to put food down without it upsetting my stomach, saturday and most of saturday evening I was vomiting and had the runs, sunday mostly just the runs. So basically from about saturday I have not been able to eat much at all, basically some soup bread and I managed to get in some steak and basmati rice and that left me feeling sick afterwards, been sipping on energade mostly and nibbling on biltong its about all I can put down without feeling like hell :(

I skipped gym today just to give my self a chance to recover, and also due to the fact that I don't feel 100% yet.

Do you guys have any tips that I could use, some better foods that I could maybe get down hopefully or anything else that may help?

Love the buuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!

ya you are eating the wrong things completely my friend... nothing rich and definitely not soup.. white bread with some bovril is good, also some plain white rice and chicken breast is fine, you can snack on marie biscuits as well.. And apple juice is great for nausea..

I would say 10g glutamine with 500ml powerade followed by 500ml water 5-6x a day, dry toast with some peanut butter aswell to get in some calories.

Just buy a pack of hydrate, it has everything you need in it, or powerade like DJ said works too.

What about throwing in some BCAA powder with that?
