Chicken Sausage was created by MCJ

We all know that sausage in general isn't a very good protein option due to high fat content etc. Basically if you make it yourself with lean meat etc its all good but supermarkets and butchers alike all toss in other crap like soy, fats, grains, and inferior meats (off cuts). I presume its safe to say that the same applies toe chicken sausage and just coz its chicken doesn't make it a "healthy" option? I tried looking on the packaging but nothing helpful was printed. Which in itself isn't a good sign. Anyone here with some info?

This is Rainbow chicken per 100g

Protein = 12.9g
Carb = 3,3g
Fat 18.5g
Sodium = 1g

Love chicken, love sausage. Where do I get this stuff and any reviews as far as taste is concerned, don't mind the fat at all makes for a good last meal of the day

I'd really be worried about what goes into chicken sausage, especially if it's from Rainbow Chicken...

Don't eat Rainbow, but what's wrong with them? Carte Blanche expose? Are they the only ones who make chicken sausage?

My bad - it's actually Supreme Poultry/Country Bird that reworks products that are returned to them after the sell by date.

I'm still not a sausage fan though
