So thought I'd update this thread on my progress and lack there of. I fell off the horse so to say after sending DJ my last update pic of 22 Jan weighing at 107.7. Number of contributing factors I guess you could say and probably laziness in not getting back straight on once they had passed.
Here's the last update pic I sent him which I had to snap quickly in the mirror.
I felt the need to post here just to help keep me honest and motivated.
I'm now back on the horse today and started with Keto diet from DJ so lets see how it goes. Cardio and 1st meal just done.
Weight this morning 110.4kg.

Day 1 of keto almost done. 1 meal to go, had a dull headache for the last few hr's. Guess this is normal before reaching ketosis.

happy with that but guess it's going to slow down in week 2.
I'm feeling good, energy levels are back to normal and headaches have subsided. First few days were grueling, temper and irritability were bad.
Cardio has been done everyday.
Today I ease back into the weights.

Mind had some catching up to do coach. Now feel like I'm back in the groove, training should be a breeze to get started on again.

A lot of people don't like "weights" to lose weight. But I've seen some of my best progress due to weight training.

Training has been a bitch, amazing how much strength you lose in just under two months.
Slowly does it.

Have you thought of some creatine or something to keep the strength up?
Lets go!

Your programme had me take glutamine and creatine pre-workout before you changed the diet to keto. Should I have dropped the glutamine?
