Jhb boys, I've been getting my breasts from checkers hypers, had a special on 2kg bags frozen breasts, came to about R25/kg. Quality wasn't bad, bought twice now @ 32kgs a time. If you don't like em frozen then I've seen some fruit and vegs with clean breasts @ R39/kg.

I buy at Checkers and their lean mince is R58/kg. Not sure about the chicken breasts. Will check out the local butcher tomorow. I normally buy this every 2 weeks and then come home and pre pack them in the serving sizes i take per meal. Its a bitch but it works out very practical. Thinking of asking them to pre pack it for me. Wonder what they would charge.......

My butcher prepacks all my meat at no extra charge.if you buy regularly he should not have a problem
