work out your maintenance amounts then add 400-500 calories onto that, 40-40-20 ratio. Well i use that.. DJ will probably see this and help you out..

Roughly 3-4g of protein, start at 2g of carbs and 1g of fat.it is all dependant on how you handle carbs and calories...if u get fat easily then carbs shouldn't be to high but the protein and fats might be higher,if u haveno issues with carbs then u can go to 4-8g of carbs per kg

Not me after reading that when I first started I was so confused I just contacted dj for a diet. Lol. Now I understand though,knew all about juice but diet was a myth for me.
