Hey guys.
I am competing this weekend. Any1 here got any ideas for a nice song to take to stage?
I am competing in the Classic and the u/80kg classes. So me needs two songs.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

.. but seriously go look at the sound track for Tron, some insane stuff there.. got a friend who was looking for a song and it sounded really good.

Just remember - other people have to listen to it and cheer! Dont go the slipknot route if you have a hall full of ME sitting there. As a matter of fact - that song Marius Donhe decided on at the Jay Cutler seminar was kak - i switched the sound off to be able to see what he looked like.

Gona listen to them tonight then bud tnx. Have to start working on routine. Was thinking a slowish song for under 80kg so i can do some nice poses and then a song with nice beat but also slow for classic as i have hit all the compulsorys in the routine(heard from 1 of the judges yesterday).

Yeah, one guy said u should take something current that people will like and then u just have to do your part on stage ofcourse.

YOu'll often find that the bigger or better conditioned guys use slower songs, which slows down the tempo of the routine and shows more of their size and conditioning off through every pose. In the lighter weight classes it's often better going for something with a little faster beat, maybe a good rock song or so, so that you routine's rythem is dictated by a faster beat and thus less room for exposing underdeveloped or lagging parts. Just my 2 cents...

Ok, so I should DEFINITELY get something FUCKING SLOW....lol

I do agree with u. I am not the jumpy around on stage fellow.
