Prescribe to this as said by Gary Strydom,"It's a good thing that I eat healthy. Hamburgers and French fries are not listed on my diet. (Why must they be named French? Nobody consumes more French fries than the Americans! Call them American fries rather!) Anyway, if you want to eat hamburgers and French fries, you can’t hang with me! Lol"

To subdue another tribe, you must strike it once and for all. Total war, total subjugation to the paramount king and total destruction to anyone who raises even a whisper against him! Never leave an enemy behind or it will rise again to fly at your throat! There's no other way!

Yeah so its been a journey of self discovery since 5 years ago when I last posted on this thread.

My weight that dropped to 119kg shot back up to 130kg+ then I used FFF and trained and dropped into the 120's but then I stayed away from gym and stopped using FFF and my weight shot up to 134kg in 2015!

I took the advice from the guys on here and I learnt alot from this forum. I taught myself about food nutrition, calories, etc.

I lost a whopping 30kg since 2015 and went from 134kg to my lowest weight of 104kg just by focusing on my food intake. I go to gym about 2 to 3 times a week.

Like many people, I came on here looking for a shortcut via AAS to lose weight/fat but the experts here advised on not to go that route as my bodyfat was too high. I listened to them and have yet to use any AAS.

I just want to say a big thank you to guys like DJ, Oupa, etc. who devote their time to us on here.

I'll post my measurements soon. I am really happy with my progress and all that I have learned.

Hi big boy and congrats on the big achievement, you are a real inspiration to many people. I want your advice on the FFF since you have used it. my measurements as follows:

Height: 1.8m
Weight: 87kg
BF% : 23%

I am currently on the banting diet which I have to say works very well "for me". I bought one bottle FFF as a trial to test the product, would you say that 30 day trial will be sufficient to achieve great results for this product. I am currently training at the gym and try to do great cardio along with lifting weights. want to achieve a more lean, hard look.

Hi Wild007, Rooi Bul has given you the right advice.

My sister didn't see much results in her 1st month on FFF but after 3 months she saw a huge difference.

The new formula of FFF still works but the side effects are not as harsh as the formula used when it was first introduced to us.

My problem was that I was too dependent on using a fat loss product and when I stopped it, the weight just piled back on me. I purposely gave up taking any fat loss product and promised that I will only use them again after I lose weight/fat solely by sorting out my eating. Now that I have accomplished this I will opt to add fatburners again to my attack on my bodyfat

I think I will start a new thread when I have some free time about the method of eating that I have used to lose 30kg and still losing.

Thanks Big Boy.
I am sure you have learned a great deal and would love to read your lessons learned and your take and opinion of how to go about it.

+1 for being determined to lose body fat and only add fat burners after achieving results on your own first.

It is on you. It always has been...

Wild007 I'd advise the same advice given to me : Your bodyfat percentage should be below 15% before one should consider using aas for a cutting cycle. (I'm open for correction if the experts feel it should be lower)

If you don't have your diet sorted out then you should not even consider any aas cycles. Too many people just blindly use aas without any knowledge on diet, nutrition, etc. I came to this forum over 5 years ago with the same goal but I opted to be wise and not just look for shortcuts that will cause more bad than good in the long run.

Important question : What is your age Wild007 ?

Like Oupa said. If it is your first cycle do only Testosterone at 600mg a week...just be sure body fat % is below 15% Maybe bridge with 30mg Winstrol Oral at the end

It is on you. It always has been...

Hi big boy. I really enjoyed reading your post, very inspiring. I have a question. how do one go on a bulk diet if you are gluten intolerant? is there a different form of diet one can follow?

Rooi Bul always giving the right advice :)

Perhaps try consuming gluten free oats, maize meal, fruits and vegetables as your carb sources but the general rule is that you need to eat more calories to grow bigger. Being gluten intolerant does not mean you cannot eat carbs. It just means you need to be more careful with the source of carbs. Your macros should be set to be pro-growth and you should aim to hit your minimum targets daily.
