V diet Log

So im getting married at the end of the year and im trying my darnest to get nice and shredded before the big day and more importantly the honeymoo. Came off cycle at the end of January and the gains were good but due to a series of unfortunate circumstances i was unable to hit the gym since the first week in February. In addition, as we all know, when under stressful conditions we tend to eat comfort food.
So im trying the v-diet purely on the basis that its probably the most convenient dieting option for me. I started on the 18 May and im four days into the eating plan and i must admit its pretty impressive. Ive soldiered through the plan with minimal cravings to date and after combining it with some low-intensity cardio every morning, i am seeing a marked difference in my physique. I have taken some before photos, but ill only post these up once the diet is completed so that it in no ways discourages me from the goal i have set myself.
Well down to the nitty gritty
Im consuming 6 protein shakes a day consisting of the following:
35g whey concetrate (bought from LSJ)
10G of caseinate (helps with keeping me fuller for longer)
10g of Jungle oat bran for my fibre requiremnets
10g of wholewheat pronutro as a carb source
teaspoon of honey for a little flavour
400ml of 2% low fat milk
Dextrose added to pre and post-workout shakes on training days
Each shake is complemented with EAS body for life Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids and 5ml of flax seed oil
Im also on a multivitamin to keep my immune system strong during this nasty winter.
Using Gaspari Thermogenic fat burners as an aid. Will not be using anything else for the duration of the diet.
Im also trying to consume at least 500ml of water between each shake; which equates to about 3lit/day
Will be eating one solid meal a week. This will continue to be a high protein, low carb meal probably consisting of grilled chicken breasts/steak, steamed vegetables and some swesweet potato.
Will try and update this log at least once a week to update you guys on my progress
Peace out

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Its been 4 days now and ive dropped 3kg and im looking considerably leaner. The vdiet was something developed by T-nation and its something worth checking up on. If i am going to end up looking like a fat piece of lard at the end of the day then fair enough; but my results in this first few days have been more than decent. I will see this one through unless i get really ill or am unabale to do my usual gym activities. Call me crazy or probably stupid but ill see this one out and report if its utter shit or something worth doing. its only been five days but all i have been craving is some wholesome meat.
i appreciate all the criticism, no matter how extreme, but if this one does fuck out ill definately be the fisrt to admit my folly.

Dude if its working for you I say go for it, just keep the duration short/ish as its obviously not the most healthy way to diet
Thanks BBGuy, will be keeping the diet to no more than 28 days. And i guess, as DJ noted, the loss of water can be attributed to sudden leaness and weight loss. I must be honest with you guys, im not clued up on this diet thing. ive always thought that to lose weight one needs to just restrict calories, but after perusing this website ive noted that its a rather complicated process and what may be good for one person may actually be counterproductive for another.
If this diet doesnt work out the way i like, ill definately seek the help of a proper sports nutritionist.
But once again, thanks to all for the feedback
ill keep ya updated on my progress or regress.
