as u can see, using scoops and measures and spoons as a way of measuring your food is vastly in accurate, the same goes with your whey protein,u try it out with a scale,i bet u right now ur scoop of whey doesnt weight 30g giving u 22g of protein, those scoops usually give u 20g = 16g of protein...at the end of the day,use a bloody scale that way u will be 100% accurate! this could be the reason u arent loosing fat or gaining muscle like u think u should, all because your measurements are off... for the first week its a hack, but then it becomes apart of your life...just hack it out!!!

Sorry, couldn't resist.
If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

guys, for all of u that use scoops/measure cups and spoons, watch this video

I can understand that its important to weigh your food so you now accurately how much you taking in but why is no emphasis put on monitoring the calories that a person burns every day. Aren`t the two directly proportional?

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.
