Peanut butter - yes/no? was created by porsche944
Ok, so currently my diet is on 18cal/lbs...which is spot on for maintaining current weight...but thing is I'm bulking...so need to add another 500cal or so

I'm looking at snacking on spoon of peanut butter 2x per day

Anyone used the Black Cat "Health" one before that has no sugar and salt...I assume it also contains essential fats?

Is this a good snack to include in my diet?

Yes most def... peanut butter is my best friend lol

I have peanut butter with my whey shake, the fats slow the absorbtion of the whey down so u have a longer release of protein into the system for longer.

I have 3 whey shakes a day and each of them i have peanut butter.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

your carbs should be 3 times a day, breakfast, pre and post work out, that is it....low gi carbs for breakfast, low and high gi carbs pre work out,and high gi carbs post work out. rest of the meals should be protein and fats... i wouldnt only use peanut butter as a source of fat as its high in omega 6's but low in omega 3's....

Schnookums, you worked for USN at any stage of your life? Nice marketing strategy.....do you receive referral commission? ......

P.S - DJ's diet is goooood. I'm on it as we speak.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

DJ... Quick question.... What if you train first thing in the mornings?? And your post workout meal is your breakfast...??
Do you not have carbs in your lunches??? The first eating plan you did for me included brown rice in the lunches??? Which is Carbs?? But i know that is when i was training in the afternoons.

Just need some clarity... Thanks

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

bro but what u gotta reemember is when u came to me u told me u where working long nights so if i had cut your carbs early such as only breakfast u wouldnt be able to function during your evenings...also for you we went the higher carb approach as u told me that u battled to gain when u first came to me...these days now i have a more moderate approach to carbs keeping them in and around training and breakfast as if u dont have a physically demanding job then there is no need for carbs, each person is different hence the reason why people get custom diets,if u are training all in the morning then u still get all your carbs in the morning... if u are sitting behind a desk for th rest of the day why do u need carbs?but with u,u where djing late nights which generally needed u to consume more carbs for the energy...am i right?

Yeah... you right... Still DJing, but realised that i cannot get a meal in while DJing... So, i have a big synergy whey shake when i do get home (4am).
Just started my cycle we chatted about. Equi + Test Cyp....
Need much better results this time than my last cycle.
So, need a new eating plan... URGENTLY!!!
Will email you tonight, please try respond.
