My current dieet was created by jacquespa
Hey Guys.... I know DJ is going to have a field day with this dieet!!! :P

This is my current eet plan,

Breakfast - Large Bowl of oats, 40mg Protein shake and piece
of fruit.
Midmorning snack- 250g Cottage cheese with 2 slices
Ryebread and COD liver oil supp.
Lunch - 2 Chicken Breast with 1 cup Brown rice and
1 cup Broccoli
Mid afternoon snack - 250g Yogurt with piece of fruit
Pre-workout - whey shake and apple
Post-Workout - whey shake
Dinner - 2 pieces Chicken Breast with 2 big Potatos
and vegetables
Before bed - tin of tuna

I figure this more to be just a "eat right" dieet. Its enough protein and carbs and fat (i think).
I basicly doing the same exersises whils't I was on my cycle but I have now increased my cardio to 20min ED after my weight training.
My dieet was the same on my cycle but just a bit more of everything. I'm just training now to keep my gains and with this dieet I think i'm eating right to feed it.

Obviously I will change when i'm starting my next cycle and will prob ask DJ for a dieet.

What do you guys think??

I have seen a lot worse lol,not enough fats though ,drop the shake for breakfast maybe 3 jumbo eggs and 6 or so egg whites.I am actually a fan of cottage cheese but most will give a lashing over lactose content.

Maybe have a tablespoon olive oil with tuna before bed

Tablespoon natural peanut butter with lunch

Mid afternoon wouldn't have the yoghurt maybe 200g steak with some veges and peanut butter

Pw shake is it just whey or are there some simple carbs in there ?

Nope... just a protein shake. I take the apple for the simple carbs.

Would add 40 or 50g glucose or dextrose to shake to replace muscle glycogen and get an insulin spike post workout

My stats are

I want to lose a bit of fat but keep most of my gains. I just finished my PCT after a 8week cycle of Test E and Equi.

U basically stopped ur test in the week were u only start to see very good results. 8 weeks is nothing for a long ester. U need 12 weeks. As for equi it prob would of made u more hungry thats it.

Plz make sure u do a proper cycle next time.

Snok,

that is exactaly why I joined this forum. For advice and stuff.

Ek moet bieg.... with the 1ml of test E and 1ml of Equi for just 8 weeks and the "not so good" dieet, I picked up at least 7kg of mass, 4 of that I kept and is what I consider good clean muscle.

Don't ask me how but I did.

I did put together a cycle in which I'm starting in July and with the help from you guys.. I think I'll pick up twice that much!
