Receptors and ketotifen

Hi

So I bought 120 1mg ketotifen tablets and added to the bond on my house

I have been using heat for the last 2 weeks and have been taking ketotifen since last night (3mg).

Should I give my receptors a weeks break or can I continue with heat.

Ie - is ketotifen strong enough to regenerate the receptors while on eca/clen (my receptors are most probably 'downgraded' right now) or should I take a weeks break with ketotifen (off heat) then start with heat again to let my receptors 'regenerate' so that heat/clen can be effective again?

Sorry if this is long-winded or my terminology is incorrect.

2 weeks off tippster,also why not get the kiddies syrup zetofin instead,its alot cheaper than the tabs,u should be fine using heat for about 6 weeks before major down grade occours really,but also use betasleep instead of ketofin as it may save your bank balance,always start ketofin/beta sleep when u start your burners so u dont get down grade...
