Another Keto Question

The main problem is that I am on a hair-string budget. (weird thing is that it is more expensive to eat healthy).
What are the best things to eat for the keto diet, I know that the chicken, tuna and the yellow lid black-cat peanut butter is ok.
What else do you guys eat?
I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.

It gets boring but it does the job and its not really expensive. Buy everything in bulk and you sorted.
Im on it now.
Just make sure the portions are customized to your stats for the best results ...

5 whole eggs
20g whey protein
(maybe add 2 slices bacon and reduce by 1 egg)
Meal 2:
40g Whey protein
30g peanut butter
Meal 3:
200g chicken or tuna
100g broccoli
20g peanut butter
Meal 4:
40g Whey protein
20g peanut butter
Meal 5:
150g mince, or gammon steak, or pork sausages, or hake medallions
100g brussell sprouts
Meal 6:
40g Whey protein
20g peanut butter
Need to up the protein a bit but staying in at about 2550 calories is a bit tricky, but will change things a bit to get it working

Protein - 16.7
carbs - 1.3
Fats - 26.1
Only had this twice this week.
Pork - Renown Pork Bangers
Protein - 11.3
carbs - 4.0
Fats - 11.5
I also have 1 cup of coffee in the mornings (well, its a big ass mug, so its actually 2 cups for a normal person) as well as about 2 - 3 cups tea during the day, I allocate 100ml low fat milk for this.
1 cup green tee per day as well
I don't have any sugar or sweetener during the day, neither any sodas.
I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.

2 slices of bacon :hmm didn't know that was even an option...

The Atkins diet is one of the keto diets rich in saturated fats like those found in bacon. The Palumbo diet tries to remove these unhealthy fats. You can maintain a ketogenic state with either but just remember there is an added risk to cardiovasculare disease with the former. Atkins type diets are notoriously linked to cardiovascular disease.

One additional aspect considering your stomach cramps is that you may be fat intolerant. Do you sometimes not feel great after fatty meals?
I am only mildly fat intolerant, I can eat a moderate portion of fat, but should my meals be rich in fat I start to feel drained and ill. I know I have slight IBS when it come to fat sources and this may or may not be linked to poor ability to metabolise fats. As a result I recently discovered that I actually dont see lots of great results from ketogenic diets. I am for all intensive purposes a moderate carb low fat dieter, it works for me. Keto doesn't. Remember everyone is different.
Of course it may be something else entirely so get it checked out.

To give the keto diet a go and see if it works, need to cut all foods with carbs in them, and your total daily carb source will be inherent in the foods you are having (whey protein shakes, eggs etc-are you using whey concentrate or isolate? Concentrate has more carbs than isolate)
Then have a single carb meal once per week to replace muscle glycogen.
