Using NO Xplode (BSN) and Keto Diet was created by Saizen

hey guys, just been wondering if NO Xplode, the BSN brand will throw me out of Ketosis...

I dont see any sugar or carbs in it as it contains Aspartame...

what do you think?

well despite the whole stimulant issue I don't see it being much of a problem

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

no explode does have carbs in it dude,i wouldnt use it personally,i dont need any energy boosters or stimulants before i train and i am still training just as heavy if not heavier than i was when on carbs.
