Your carb intake is way too low,you are having about 550g of protein with about 50g of carbs, thats a huge imbalance. And i dont see any essential fats. And all that protein will keep your belly just like it is,you will NOT get leaner at 550g/day.What is your water intake like?

i've tried keto diets in the past but always super exhausted on them..i have to train at least once a day with weights and cardio..and three times a week of rugby prac. I won't be able to survie on a keto diet unfortunately, but i know how effective they are.

training split is:

mon: chest
tues: back biceps
wed: triceps shoulders
Thurs: legs abs
fri: chest

i am also gonna start incorporating HIIT cardio from tomorrow. 20 min a day 5x per week. 14.5km/h 1 minthen 4.5km/h for 1 min alternatring (on treadmill). I've been doing 1 hour of low intensity cardio lately but this hasn been effective at all so switching to HIIT.

A keto diet is a keto diet, limit your carbs, no direct carb sources (20-40g a day), keep fats high and obviously lots of protein. You dont need to worry if you dont go below your maintenance calories as there is something called metabolic advantage on keto diets so if your calories are above maintenace you will still lose fat. Remember its important to keep fat intake high otherwise you will end up metabolising protein to glucose and then it's bye bye ketones :wave
