Per 3.5oz chicken breast - 30g
Per 6oz steak - 42g

3.5 oz chicken breast = 100 gram = 30 gram protein
6 oz steak = 170 gram = 42 gram protein

i average 100g of chicken to be 25g protein,i see packets that say 22g and some that say 27g,so i average it out tro 25g and its pretty spot on...beef fillet i take at 30g per 100g... 6g of fat per 100g though.
