Can anyone give me some stats on different food

Eg: 1 large potato = % carbs-protein-fat ETC.

Would appretiate it.

Do yourself the favour and copy it to Word and print it out.
Had mine laminated and it now lives in the kitchen and you just wipe it clean.

Can't seem to get the darn thing uploaded - get to step 2 and then it keeps kicking me back.
Will try again tomorrow.

(I wanted to put it up as a topic on its own - one of the best tabels I've seen this far. What do you think?)

I usually go to Fitday.com , but this will save me lots of time when doing diets. Thanks for the upload man.

Yeah, something is broken... I think its time for a new document manager...

Will have a look and see what I can do. The file is uploading but then it times out. Will add it manually though.

Nope!! Second time today... Went to GP and he had a twit standing in for him.

This guy confused me with the next patient who wanted a vasectomy. Told me to drop my pants so he could take a look and I almost dropped him before the misunderstanding was cleared up. So no, its not my day!! :angry:
