Tremere 2022 Journey

Hey guys. Thought that I would make this post to show my progress so far working with Empire.

Years back I worked with him, and made amazing progress. So end of last year I decided to do it again. Got in touch, and we started in January.

My starting stats was as follow:
185cm
96kg
98cm around my waist
100cm around my bum
Not 100% sure about body fat though

Currently I am:
185cm (obviously)
88kg
86cm around my waist
92cm around my bum
Still not sure about body fat - Will start to measure it also.

I have lost 8kg, 12cm around my waist, 8cm around my bum, and I have gained some muscle. We are busy with a recomp, but focused more on losing the fat first, as I am doing Ring contact fighting, and needs to stay in a certain weight class. This will change soon...

I was on 200mg NPP, 200mg test and 200mg Masteron per week, and that changed to 300mg test, 300mg Masteron per week, with 20mg tbol pre workout and 20mg anavar post workout.

This is the last week that I cruise on 200mg test per week. Next week we will blast again.

I had issues with my metabolism, and couldnt sleep at night. Empire sorted out both issues. I am eating my favorite foods, and I have never felt and looked this great!

ok so little more into this implementation than given, we had to pull the npp due to some gyno issues that Tremere started to develop, even on low dose we got them, which I suspect is due to the fact that a previous coach was getting him to run high doses of tren (not shitting on this guys approach or skills, however starting someone on a cycle of close to 1400mg per week is just fucking madness).

we have been implementing more and more things to assist his fighting training, even implementing insulin pre and post-weight training sessions to aid the neurological stimulation of the workout but also drive recovery and the phlebotic changes and increase EPO for his sparing and fighting sessions later on in the day. we have also tried to mimic cardio to the fighting of 5-minute rounds as he said gassing out is a big thing when he did his first fighting session.

metabolic issues took a while to sort out, but they are all good now and weight and cms are dropping weekly, as well as keeping strength going up. Sleep was a big one due to excess stimulants and the nature of Tremere's line of work so we got that under control, and things started to progress quite quickly there.

he has been on a cruise for about 6 weeks now, and we will start another blast this week coming, changing the approach to use primo at a low dose and as usual low dose test and then move other compounds around to best suit his recovery and fighting and goals.

@Empire, Why would you place the anavar post workout? and the test and masteron, are you putting in prop or longer esters? TIA

Anavar helps with recovery quite well, and we aren't using a massive dosing as we are still keeping the level of anabolics low. If the dosing was higher, we would split it twice daily, post workout and before bed due to his work out times. Long esters only bud.
