I just buy my chicken from my local grocer, and I'm very fussy so I sometimes go to 3 places before I actually buy any. The chicken lately is looking like crap, specially the breasts.

Yip, that's how I do it as well, just though I can get it cheaper somewhere.

Hi there ...well I use a guy near Pretoria/centurion might be a little far for you but I mean he's got chicken all the way to different fish unfortunately no red meat ... But his chicken breast are round about R40/kg and it's from that to crbed chicken at a good price and the fish is very well priced not eg shrimps 250g for R25 and quite a bit of other stuff not sure if I can give there number on the forum so might need to find out if can
