Back once agin

Hi All,

Some of you may remember me from the ME forum a couple of years ago. Well, I'm back... kinda, marriage and a kid does change things right? :lol: Anyways, my dad bod is getting on my nerves so I've cleaned up my eating. Still training with weights and focusing on the big 3 for now.

Diet wise I'm doing either keto or psmf to start dropping the fat. Still deciding which because I enjoy both.

In terms of supps I'm looking for a good burner, mostly for appetite control (but if it hits the right receptors then thats a bonus) and have been reading good things about hyperburn and FFF. What do you guys suggest? Also, what can I expect to pay for either one? I'm in Cape Town.

Just a heads up, FFF will be unavailable for the foreseeable future so if you can still get some from your supplier then get them asap.

FFF your way to go, grab some while you can, the new formula was fantastic
personal experience with Hyperburn, works great for extra intensity during workout and definitely gets you sweating , but no appetite control for me

Thanks very much for your info, that's what I need to know. Is the FFF once a day? How many caps in a bottle?

Admin said it would be unavailable soon, is this a temporary stock issue or discontinuation of the product. I will try to get some in CT, sounds like a good match for my dieting plans.

and correct, 3 a day,
usually like 2 blue and 1 red or vice versa ,
but the bottle has proper instructions on it.

drop Admin a mail and he can point you in the right direction.

Okay, so I found a contact who has no FFF and is out of stock for hyperburn. He does however have Venom? Any feedback on this product would be appreciated? How would you rank the 3 in terms of quality/efficacy - 3F, Hyperburn, Venom?

Is the Venom in the same league as the other 2?
